This 1st floor studio condo is located just 50 steps from the complex to the beach! The property has a grassy recreation area and PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a Pristine SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of calming strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is also a coastal bicycle path for invigorating jogs, bicycle rides, or walks. The units in this community have individual entrances, so you do not need to walk through a lobby or any enclosed area to access your unit. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building. The interior features a queen size bed, a full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

The location of this unit within this Beachfront Complex is on the 1st floor by the breezeway that leads to the beach access points. This unit does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. You can savor Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is supplied for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

- Ocean Sands is a SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY COMMUNITY. Guests can only smoke on the exterior areas of the property or on the beach. No smoking is allowed in units, on walkways, gazebo's or near any buildings. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not littered on the ground. Thank you for understanding.
- One dog is allowed under 50 lbs. The following conditions apply to any dog including an ESA. Guests must click on Pet and pay the pet fee for the stay if they are bringing one. Guests must ensure the dog is on a leash at all times outside the unit. Guests must not leave the dog unattended in the unit alone. Guests must ensure their dog takes anti flea and tick medication. Guests must pick up and dispose of their dogs waste.
- 2 cars max on property per unit rented
- Sorry no boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises
- Facilities only for registered guests to include pool, parking, and beach access.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this apartment is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Big Rock Stadium or Cougar Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
