A-202 is a Second Floor 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront condo with magnificant ocean and pool vistas! The Living area has open Oceanfront decks providing amazing vistas. Kitchen / Bar with additional seating, microwave,and dishwasher. Master bedroom has open Oceanview deck, Queen bed and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen, Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath.

Additional Conveniences: Substantial Flat Screen HD TV with DVD/MP3/CD combo and 2 Additional Flat Screen TVs.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market.   • Summertime is high season in the New Bern area. To find the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
