301 West Sound of the Sea is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront condo. Living area has a TV, DVD Player, and access to a covered deck with table and chairs. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer. Master Bedroom has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 and #3 each have 2 Twin Beds. 4 Color Cable TVs, 2 DVD Players. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Included!

  • To find the best value, change your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.   • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
