301 West Sound of the Sea is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront condo. Living area has a TV, DVD Player, and access to a covered deck with table and chairs. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer. Master Bedroom has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 and #3 each have 2 Twin Beds. 4 Color Cable TVs, 2 DVD Players. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Supplied!

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean.   • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
