The G Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool! First Floor Condos have direct access to the indoor/outdoor pool from the screened in porch. Step out of your private, furnished screened porch to the courtyard with indoor/outdoor heated pool and grille! Short walk to the beach, additional pool, tennis and bicycle/walking trail. Living room has 60" Flat Screen TV with Queen Sleeper Couch. Separate bedroom with Queen Bed.Rare first floor, one bedroom unit with 1 bath! Freshly furnished and fresh paint throughout condo.
