Beechwood West is the ideal oceanside vacation rental for modest families or a friends hideaway. Located just steps away from two, sandy path, beach access points, you'll be on the beach within 2 mins.. The homes features a reverse floor plan with the main living space on the second floor to maximize your ocean vistas.
~1250 sq ft of beachside living space is just a few miles from shopping, eateries, activities, and the Emerald Isle boat ramp. Your family or group can savor a very short walk to the beach or hop on the pedestrian path for a bicycle ride or morning jog. Savor morning coffee or an evening meal on the top floor oceanview deck.

Ground Level: Enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower and changing room. Gas Grille. A utility closet that has an additional refrigerator and full-size washer/dryer. The utility closet is shared with the east side, however, the washer/dryer is NOT shared.
First Floor: Private entrance to the duplex via keyless entry. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. 1 full bathroom and one half bathroom. Oceanside decks off of bedrooms 1 and 2.
Second Floor: Main living space, kitchen, full bathroom as well as a desk with a chair. Ocean-side open deck with a table as well as chairs for appreciating the view or dining.
No Smoking of any kind, inside or outside the property. Additional cleaning costs apply.
No Animals. The owner does reside on the east side of the property most of the year. They do have a modest dog.
No Parties/Events.
NO FIREWORKS. Emerald Isle town ordinances prohibit the use of fireworks within town limits and the beach strand.
