There's plenty of space for the whole family with 3-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms. The great room with the kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances along with a workspace area in the great room. The Blue Chill is located on the inner waterway in Beau Coast, so Kayaking and paddleboarding are just a short walk away. We can provide information on local companies to rent these items from for your stay! This coastal neighborhood offers a community swimming pool. Savor a short walk to Traders, a local restaurant featuring sandwiches, salads, and homemade meals to go, also at Traders is a kayak launch and an open back patio with a fire pit to sit and appreciate the handsome view! The Blue Chill is just mins. away from the breathtaking waterfront of downtown Beaufort with stores, eateries and ferry tours. The Blue Chill will be a property you want to return to every year!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the New Bern area. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.

• Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
