Center of Emerald Isle, private beach parking lot! The beach access is just over a block from Bogue Inlet Pier where there are public bathrooms, shopping, a restaurant and great fishing! Very short walk or drive to the private beachfront parking in gated lot with showers onsite at the access. The access fob used for the gated lot is supplied with the home. Very short walk to “downtown Emerald Isle” where there are stores, eateries and nightlife. 3 min. walk to Cedar Street pier on the sound. Linens included, including bath & beach towels, washcloths and kitchen towels. Charcoal grille onsite. Grand driveway for boats and multiple cars. Outdoor shower at the home. Quiet, dead end street, open floor plan, king in master and queens in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Pullout couch in living room. 500 mbps Internet - Spectrum Ultra package! Dish and hand soaps are supplied. First couple of trash bags are supplied.

Getting the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the New Bern area. Reserve your rental home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
