Additional Conveniences: 1 Intelligent TV with Cable, Community Wireless Internet; Washer/Dryer; Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge with attached ice maker; Covered Balcony with Furnishings. Complex has Elevators, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grille Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

• June, July, and August are high season in Indian Beach. To get the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at New Bern restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.

• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection.
