• In the New Bern area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
