On the ground level, you’ll find the game room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, foosball table, futon, mini refrigerator, and a full bath. Just step outside to savor the patio with a picnic table, gas grille, and, of course, the hot tub.

Level One is all about comfort! The first bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bath, and deck access with comfortable furnishings. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen beds and flat-screen TVs. Bedroom 2 shares a full bath with Bedroom 3, which also opens onto a deck with seating.

Level Two is where everybody comes together! This open space features the living area, kitchen, and the fourth bedroom. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and deck access with lounge chairs for those morning coffee moments. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all the essentials—oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with a constructed-in ice maker, bar seating, and a table for 8.
