Outdoor dinning table with seating for 7 on covered deck. New deck furnishings added for summer of 2021. Great kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Giant eating area with seating for 7. Cavernous family room has a great ocean view and has a enormous (intelligent) flat screen intelligent TV, separate sitting room off of family room with ocean view. Downstairs additional room with huge screen intelligent TV, great for separate kids space. Stereo systems (with Bluetooth) with in ceiling speakers in all common areas and outdoor speakers to listen to your favorite music while calming on the sizable outdoor deck (half of deck is covered). Spiral staircase connects the 1st and second floors. 2 roomy master bedroom size bedrooms with queen beds (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with 1 full bed (both downstairs).
