Your 2nd floor studio condo is located just 50 steps from the complex to the beach! The property has a grassy recreation area and PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a Pristine SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of relaxing strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is also a coastal bicycle path for exhilarating jogs, bicycle rides, or walks. The units in this resort have individual entrances, so you do not need to walk through a lobby or any enclosed area to access your unit. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building. The interior features new floor, a queen bed, a full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. You can appreciate Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is supplied for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

- Animals (1 dog less than 30 lbs) may be allowed if the Family Pets Accepted function is allowed by the host. 1 dog is subject to a $100 pet fee per stay. 1 dog must have all shots and flea meds. Guest must not leave dog unattended in room. Leash must be used on property. Guest is responsible of picking up after the dog's waste and throwing it away in the dumpster.
