New to the rental market in 2022, Summer Breeze is located directly across from a beach walkway - you'll be on the soft sand in moments! Come home for lunch and snacks - don't worry about sand in the sandwiches! And there are alluring vistas of the crystal ocean from the roomy decks.
All rooms - living areas AND bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean, and the decks will provide plenty of relaxation as the sun goes down! Kitchens are completely outfitted with all of the essential items (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, flatware, serving dishes, appliances) you'll need to whip up a great meal! Summer Breeze also offers high-speed Spectrum internet and TV (1 enormous intelligent TV per unit).
A max. of 2 cars per units is allowed, so Summer Breeze West will have parking for 2 cars total, no exceptions. A max. of 2 dogs is allowed per unit, with a non-returnable PET FEE of $200 per dog. Please note the number of dogs you are bringing when inquiring or requesting a reservation.
