There is a sliding room divider/partition that provides privacy from the living area if desired.Luxury linens and towels are included. Full size washer and dryer in unit. (Dryer is stacked above washer. Step stools are included for your convenience in case you can't reach the inside of the dryer. I'm 5' 6" and it's the ideal height for me.) 400 mbps WiFi is supplied. This is a Enormous, Sensational, 6 bedroom, and 5 bathrooms on the sound. The 4th floor sleeps 4 and has a enormous sitting room with a HUGE TV--the kids will never leave! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the king master with high ceilings and extraordinary vistas. The second floor has one bedroom and the rest is living space. The family room is open to the kitchen and a huge eating area with great sound vistas and a deck right off this space. The home will effortlessly handle 12 people. We freshly added a 4/5 person hot tub. The family room has a fireplace for colder weather. One guest commented "the home was definitely handsome. The rooms were roomy and well lit. This is a incredible luxury with elevated viewing area and plenty of shade for when it gets too hot in the sun. There is a half mile elevated wooden boardwalk which leads to the covered gazebo on our private island in the sound. This is great for picnics and fishing and watching the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Many guests commented that the host was effortlessly accessible, accommodating and amazing!
