Our goal is to make this vacation one to remember and the reviews reflect it!The 4th floor has a additional room as well as king bedroom and bath. The vistas are impressive! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, twin) and 3 baths and some have vistas of the sound. The 2nd floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen with counter seating. There is a porch and deck off this space for bird watching and looking at spectacular sunsets! The king bedroom offers sounds vistas and a huge bath. There is a half bath on this floor. The first floor has a two car garage with a Nema 14-50 for charging electric cars. There is also an elevator. There are many reasons you may be content to stay inside but you also have great options to get outside and appreciate everything Cottages at Bay Ridge in Atlantic Beach has to offer. The boardwalk (roughly one-third mile and right next to our home) which leads to a covered gazebo on our private island on the sound. It also has a Private Bath. Bedroom #4 is the Master Bedroom. The Master bedroom has gorgeous bespoke-constructed King head and foot boards designed and crafted by the Home Owner. The room is warm with dark woods, Butterscotch walls, a cozy leather couch, and soft lighting. There is private access to the wrap-around Deck and Ocean vistas. The Master bathroom is open and light with stunning aqua blue, emerald green and white-flecked tiles throughout.
