LIVING ROOM
The living room features cozy couches and a 46" intelligent TV. There is a modest desk/ work station with fast Wi-Fi, great for setting up your laptop in the living area as well.

MASTER BEDROOM
The comfortable master suite features king size bed, enormous private bathroom, huge dresser, and a giant walk in closet. Master suite is on opposite side of home from other bedrooms for added privacy. 43" intelligent TV is mounted on the wall. All beds and pillows are completely encased. Iron and ironing board are located in master closet. All bedroom closets have additional blankets.

MASTER BATHROOM
Spread out your toiletries on a sizable dual vanity master sink. Savor great water pressure with your shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, and wash clothes are supplied.

MASTER CLOSET
Off the bathroom is a giant walk-in closet with plenty of hangers great for storing clothes and suitcases. There you will find a pack n' play, additional blankets, iron, and ironing board.

KITCHEN
The kitchen table seats 6 adults comfortably. It extends with a leaf found in the master closet, and additional chairs are in the garage. The kitchen itself is entirely supplied with all the silverware and appliances needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The refrigerator dispenses filtered water and ice. We provide Keurig and drip coffee makers, coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. A full laundry closet is located in the kitchen as well.

2 ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The other two cozy bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom features a queen size bed, a modest dresser, a closet, and a wall-mounted intelligent TV. The other bedroom has a full over twin bunk bed, modest dresser, closet, and a wall-mounted intelligent TV. The back bedroom features a window unit AC in addition to the central AC to keep it comfortably cool.

GARAGE/ GAME ROOM
A pool table transforms the garage into a game room. Garage is insulated and includes a portable AC unit to keep the heat at bay during summer. A heater is supplied for cold weather as well. Board games provide for fun in any weather.

BACKYARD
The sizable, fenced-in backyard is ideal for kids and pets. Privacy fence makes it feel like your own private getaway. Grille out on the back patio with a propane grille and patio table with 6 chairs and a large umbrella.

PARKING
The driveway holds three cars and one can park on street in front of home.

Free on-site washer and dryer. We provide a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets.
