Located in Atlantic Beach, this condominium complex is conveniently located to Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle! From exploring Fort Macon, to playing Putt-Putt; shopping in Morehead City to touring Historic Beaufort, you can savor all the Crystal Coast has to offer without traveling far from your home-away-from-home!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanview condo is the ideal place to spend your time at the beach! A Place at the Beach 369 has all the amenities you are looking for. Outdoor pool with waterslide, beach access, basketball, tennis, putt-putt, and much more. Come spend your vacation at Atlantic Beach! Equipped with High-Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

Total linens includes a king, a queen, a twin, and 1 double Sleeper Couch (Linens are not included for the Sleeper Couch).

Elevator: There is one elevator per building at A Place at the Beach and they are located at the back (Ocean Side) of the buildings. Building "L" elevator is located between rooms 131 & 132. Building "K" elevator is located between Room 167 and 168.

No Smoking. No Animals.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Nightly units are allowed with a 2-nighttime minimum during the off-season only.

Linens and towels are supplied with Beds Made (weekly stays only).

Notes:

-This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in.

-NOTE: You must pick up your parking passes and pool bands from the on-site office on the day of check-in.

-No boats or trailers are allowed on the property.

-There is only one elevator per building

- There are Trash HOA onsite dumpsters- 4 located on the property.

- Coin operated Laundry Room is located in L building.

-A Place at the Beach does have a single beach Wheelchair that can be signed out for use at the office located on the property.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
