Level One: Living room with Flat Screen TV, Dining area with table seating for 8, open kitchen with bar seating for 2. Master Bedoom #1 with a King Bed and Private Bath, Bedroom #2 with a Queen Futon and a Twin Bunk Set, Bedroom #3 with a Queen Bed, and there is a shared hall bath on this level.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 with a King Bed, Game Room with sitting area and Pool Table and there is a shared hall bath on this level.

  • In the New Bern area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
