Angled living area surrounds you with 180 degrees of prime Ocean Vistas! Open Oceanfront Deck has a Table, Chairs, an Umbrella and Chaise Lounges! Carolina Sunshine is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected while on vacation. Take a break from the salty sea and dip into your Private Swimming Pool! This outdoor pool is rather broad, measuring 12x24 and is available to be heated upon request from November - March for an additional $650; if the temp goes below 55° the heat pump will not work.

Ground Level: Covered Parking. 2 Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Showers.

Level One: Enormous Living Area has Cathedral Ceilings and an Open, Wrap-around, Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area faces the ocean and has access to an Open Deck. Galley Kitchen has a Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave and a Dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full-Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds. There is one Full-Bath on this level.

Conveniences include: an Open Deck with a Table, Chairs, an Umbrella, and Chaise Lounges, Covered Parking, 2 Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Showers, Gas Grille, Water Treatment System, Beach Chairs, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, and Dishwasher.
