Ground Floor features your garage with an Elevator that will take you to any floor in the home. Take a dip in your private pool or soak in your hot tub while watching the waves roll in! Outdoor shower to rinse off before coming inside.
First floor features four bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is Oceanfront and has a King bed. Bedroom #2 is Oceanfront and has a King bed. Bedroom Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. Bedroom #4 is Oceanfront with two bunk bed sets. Washer/Dryer.
Second floor features your open floor plan with kitchen, Dining and two Living area. The island also features additional seating. Living area has plenty of seating for everybody with a sizable TV and deck that overlooks the handsome Ocean.
Third Floor. Appreciate your Oceanfront Master Suite that has a King bed and it's own bathroom. Private deck overlooking the Ocean
With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths there is a spot for everybody! All Reservations include linens with Beds made. Home rents Sunday to Sunday. NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED. Limited parking 3 cars.

• The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
• Summer is high season in the New Bern area. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
