This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. Great ocean view from a covered porch! The home is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for the owner's use. Very peaceful location and super calming but also a short drive to numerous great towns with shopping and dining. The home sits high up and has great ocean vistas from the covered porch! There are stairs from the yard to the street, then only about 3 homes down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this cottage is near the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Big Rock Stadium or Cougar Stadium. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
