There's no shortage of things to do and sights to see in this corner of the coast, from the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores less than five miles away, to the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier for additional enjoyment.

Towering oak trees frame this appealing property where you'll spend leisurely afternoons calming on either the front or rear porches. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by streaming your favorite movies on the TV, cooking culinary charms in the kitchen, or eating home-cooked meals at the formal dining table. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work. For additional convenience, there is central air-conditioning, along with a washer and dryer to take care of the clothes before you return home.

• Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
