Enormous 2 bedroom and two bath condo with Stunning Ocean view and a enormous balcony. It has been freshly modernized including new floor. The master bedroom has a King bed and bathroom. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is entirely equip with a dishwasher and modest appliances. Unit has a washer and dryer. Giant Living and Dining area. The condo and complex are very family and kid friendly. NO SMOKING and NO FAMILY PETS. Linens and towels are included with 5 nighttime stay or more with beds made. Rents Sunday to Sunday.

CBS is a smoke complimentary/vape complimentary community including all common areas, beach front decks, individual unit decks, the pool picnic area and the parking lot.
Renters are not allowed to smoke inside the condos.

About the Area

Located in Salter Path, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

  • To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at New Bern restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
