This freshly refreshed getaway features three bedrooms and two and a half baths, offering comfort and style for up to six guests. The modern kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Unwind in one of the two inviting living spaces, ideal for family gatherings or peaceful evenings. The huge primary suite has an updated walk-in shower, providing a opulent experience. Two additional bedrooms share an updated bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. For entertainment, the bungalow includes a ping-pong table, foosball table, corn hole, and bocce ball set, offering countless fun for all ages. Savor the tranquility of Pine Knoll Shores and make memorable memories at this handsome bungalow.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 2 dog max..
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
