This two bedroom unit sleeps 6 and has an ocean view from the balcony! There is an L-Shaped kitchen with a counter bar that opens to the dining area. The kitchen is entirely equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave. A laundry closet homes a stack washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is outfitted with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus a coffee maker, can opener, toaster, blender, and basic cooking implements. The dining table seats 6, and 3 bar stools serve the counter bar area. The living room is furnished with a Queen sleeper couch, an armchair, and flat screen TV. A sliding door leads to a balcony with an ocean view. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and flat screen TV plus full bath. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed. A beach wagon and 4 beach chairs are included. A Place At The Beach is packed with amenities so come relax, play and appreciate!

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Atlantic Beach. To find the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
