Oceanfront Duplex that RENTS AS A SEPARATE HOME "OFF SEASON" ONLY. Conveniences shared with East Side. Shared In-Ground Swimming Pool (Not Heated) 4 Bedrooms/2.5 Baths. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can check your e-mail while on vacation. Ground Level: Covered Parking.

Level One: The Kitchen/Dining Room has a table that seats 8. Also, there is a 1/2 Bath on this Level. Level Two: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with an open deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk Sets. All bedrooms have an ocean view! On the second level, there are 2 Baths. Very pretty inside. Central Heat/Air. Ceiling Fans. Dishwasher. Microwave. Washer/Dryer. High Chair and Crib. Charcoal Grille. Interior connecting doors. Dune deck. Elegant landscaping. 3 TVs. Stereo. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes,Footprints East, accepts for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.

Linens and Towels Supplied without beds made. Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not supplied with linen package. (Weekly stays only)

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is by the ocean.   • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the New Bern area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
