Oceanfront Duplex that RENTS AS A SEPARATE HOME "OFF SEASON" ONLY. Conveniences shared with East Side. Shared In-Ground Swimming Pool (Not Heated) 4 Bedrooms/2.5 Baths. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can check your e-mail while on vacation. Ground Level: Covered Parking.

Level One: The Kitchen/Dining Room has a table that seats 8. Also, there is a 1/2 Bath on this Level. Level Two: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with an open deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk Sets. All bedrooms have an ocean view! On the second level, there are 2 Baths. Very pretty inside. Central Heat/Air. Ceiling Fans. Dishwasher. Microwave. Washer/Dryer. High Chair and Crib. Charcoal Grille. Interior connecting doors. Dune deck. Splendid landscaping. 3 TVs. Stereo. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes,Footprints East, accepts for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.

Linens and Towels Supplied without beds made. Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not included with linen package. (Weekly stays only)
