This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a entirely supplied kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Savor the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At nighttime, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are supplied. Catch the striking sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

The space
The space was newly painted for the 2021 season. Lighting was refreshed and new furnishings was added. Open concept with the kitchen and living room. Two intelligent TV's completely equipped with the latest technology. Fast Wifi is included. Ample parking spaces are supplied. Watch the kids play games in the big back yard, or relax by the fire.

When to visit Emerald Isle & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. To get the most suitable rental home within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular New Bern attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
