**Please note: The pool will be heated Mar - May and Sept - Nov. The heating does not function if temperatures drop below 55 degrees. The pool temperature will be set for 86 degrees, but the temperature can vary depending on weather.

• Property management companies typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
