Hi Everyone! Welcome to our Beach House located in the heart of Emerald Isle, walking distance to eateries, piers, entertainment and the beach! Whether you are ready to hit the town or grab some spectacular seafood and prepare at home, Emerald Isle had tons to offer! We refreshed the bathrooms, master bedroom as of April 2022, all beds and furnishings in 2022 and just put in a completely new central AC system as of April 2023 and a brand new kitchen 2024!

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. Traveling with kids? Consider Emerald Isle Adventures, or check out an event or a game at Cougar Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the New Bern area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.

  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
