Additional Conveniences Washer/Dryer, High-Speed Wi-Fi internet, 3 Flatscreen Intelligent TVs (2 offer basic cable). Master Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, TV and Private bathroom. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, TV and Shared full bathroom. Den offers Queen bed. Queen Sleeper Couch in living area.

Rents weekly Saturday-Saturday. Nightly stays with 2 nighttime minimum are allowed in the off season.

Parking for two cars only, Boat/Trailer parking is not allowed at the condo complex.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Get the best value:

• Summertime is high season in Indian Beach. To book the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at New Bern restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.

• Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
• When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it.
