"Isle be at the Beach" will sweep you off your feet as you relax soaking up the sun, appreciating ocean vistas from the deck, and listening to the waves crash on the shore. This home is the ideal setup for families, kids, adults, etc.

This nearly oceanfront home is conveniently located across the street from the beach access! Be in the sand in no time and appreciate Emerald Isle’s beach life. Set up your shade, chairs, and toys and quickly be back at the home for supplies, meals, or naps. The peaceful street in front of the home is safe to cross.

There is a hot/cold outdoor shower, wifi, and intelligent TV's you can effortlessly log into your streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu). Absolutely no smoking or family pets please. This refreshed beach home is divided into 3 levels.

On the first level you will find one peaceful bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed and twin trundle and a TV. One half bathroom is next to this bedroom.

The second level begins after climbing the stairs and includes three cavernous bedrooms equipped with intelligent TVs. One bedroom with a queen bed. Another room that is ocean-facing with a king bed and has private access to a shared, full bathroom for convenient private use. Last but not least is the ocean-facing master bedroom with its own deck access where you can savor the sounds of the ocean. Equipped with a comfortable king bed and an over-sized closet. The ensuite is a charming, updated room with a spa-like shower and separate vanities.

Also located on the second level off of the hallway is a full bath which shares access with the bedroom mentioned above as well as a enormous hallway laundry closet.

Head up the stairs to the third level to an open, roomy, and modernized living area. Savor the natural light included by surrounding windows and access to the deck to take in the beautiful vistas! Emerald Isle sunsets can be appreciated while calming on the deck or from inside the home. The living area consists of comfortable relaxing, dining, and a kitchen with plenty of storage and available appliances.

The kitchen comes equipped with new cabinets featuring soft close drawers and quartz counters. A huge center island seats four and is a great place to entertain. Store all of your goodies in the spacious pantry. A dry bar with a wine refrigerator between the living and kitchen is also supplied. Located off to the side of the kitchen is a half bath.

Bed linens and towels supplied in your stay for your convenience.

Located in the middle of Emerald Isle, it’s a fast 5 min drive to eateries and shopping. Located on a corner lot, the beach access is simple as is going for a leisurely bicycle ride on Emerald Isle's great bicycle paths. Convenience stores within a short bicycle ride or walk, send the kids to fill up on snacks!
