The Savvy Sea Breeze (3A-2 West) is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo. Covered deck with furnishings, pretty vistas and private beach walkway. Living Area faces the ocean. Dining Area. Extensive Kitchen has bar seating, wet bar area, dishwasher & microwave. Please note, there is only a Keurig coffee maker at this property. Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed and a Full Bath with a Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. 1 Color Cable TV, DVD Player & Stereo w/CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. 3 nighttime units are available when booked off-season only.

Please Note: The coffee maker at this property is a Keurig Coffee Maker that requires K-Cups to use. These are not included, so you will need to bring your own or purchase them at one of our many local grocery stores.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting.
