This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for painless beach access. A-305 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor condo located in the Oceanfront Building A. The condo has vistas from the covered balcony located off the Living Room with Sleeper Couch and TV. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Kitchen has an Oven, Fridge, Microwave & Dishwasher. This condo is equipped with high-speed internet for your convenience!
