Queens Court 3102 is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath First Floor Angled Oceanview Condo. Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch (Linens are NOT Included for Sleeper Couch) and a private Covered Deck with furnishings. Bedroom has a King Bed.

Additional Conveniences Include: Seasonal Spectrum WiFi is supplied June - October ONLY. Community High Speed Wireless Internet Access (Available at clubhouse and pool area), 2 TVs, Basic Cable, Central Heat & Air, Interior Washer/Dryer, Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and a Blender. Private Covered Deck with Deck Furnishings.

Complex Conveniences Include: Sports courts (facility only – equipment is not supplied), outdoor swimming pool, and courtyard grilles make your vacation even better. Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to add trip insurance.
