Located gracefully along Ocean Ridge Drive, this captivating oceanfront home offers unparalleled vistas of the countless horizon. With a sleek, modern design, the residence stands as a testament to modern luxury.

Sitting gracefully on the edge of the oceanfront, the main home spans two levels, offering three lavish bedrooms and three and a half baths. The first floor hosts the first serene primary bedroom, while the second floor features an additional primary bedroom, along with a third bedroom featuring 2 bunk beds. Each adorned with its own private balcony overlooking the azure waters.

The roomy living area seamlessly integrates with the state-of-the-art kitchen, adorned with sleek appliances and minimalist aesthetics. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light to dance across the polished surfaces, creating an ambiance of tranquility and warmth.

A separate studio, located just steps away from the main home, offers a fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed and full bath, providing privacy and comfort for guests.

Outside, a sprawling terrace beckons for alfresco dining and relaxation, with the relaxing melody of crashing waves as the backdrop. Immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle, where every moment is framed by the beauty of the sea.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Fireplaces are for decoration only, and cannot be used
-Effective on any reservations starting 7.25.24 family pets are no longer allowed

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Some hosts offer special rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or costs could be applied to your invoice.
  • If there's a certain New Bern attraction you long to visit, look for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
