Summer Winds A-513 is a striking fifth-floor, Oceanfront Condo, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom #1 is the Master with a King bed, TV, and direct access to the Deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV, and DVD Player. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds, DVD Player along with the Flat Screen TV. Entirely equipped and refreshed kitchen features an open layout and granite countertops.

Additional Conveniences Include:3 Flat Screen TVs, 1 Color Cable TV, 2 DVD Player¡s one is a Blue-Ray DVD Player, ONLY TWO TVs have cable connections, 1 Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Board Games, Microwave, Covered Balcony.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
