Summer Winds A-513 is a charming fifth-floor, Oceanfront Condo, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom #1 is the Master with a King bed, TV, and direct access to the Deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV, and DVD Player. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds, DVD Player along with the Flat Screen TV. Totally equipped and refreshed kitchen features an open layout and granite countertops.

Additional Conveniences Include:3 Flat Screen TVs, 1 Color Cable TV, 2 DVD Player¡s one is a Blue-Ray DVD Player, ONLY TWO TVs have cable connections, 1 Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Board Games, Microwave, Covered Balcony.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail.
