Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Bedroom #4 has a Double Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Central Heat & Air. 5 flat panel TVs including 2 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps. Interior Washer/Dryer. Fridge with attached ice maker, Dishwasher, Microwave. Private Covered Balcony.

Complex has Elevators, Wireless Internet, Indoor/Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grille Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting.

Sticking to your budget:

• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• To find the best value, try changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

Tips for your stay:

• Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your smartphone.
• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent quite a few problems.
• Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would at home.
• At Check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately contact the host. Record all coorespondence.
• Be respectful. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
