This 3 bedroom condo is on the top floor located in a private gated marina community surrounded by water on all sides. This rental property has so much to offer including an outdoor pool, hot tub, fire pit, exercise room, beach access and a marina. Just imagine sitting out on your private balcony watching the wild ponies on Carrot Island, dolphins frolicking and all the boats passing by on their way to the Beaufort Docks, which is a trendy destination for all who travel by water up and down the East coast.
We are just mins. away from local stores, eateries, the Maritime Museum, the aquarium and various water taxi excursions, such as Cape Lookout and Shackelford Island. Olde Towne Yacht Club is the ideal family vacation.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

- June, July, and August are high season in the New Bern area. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
- Property managers often offer guests an option to add trip insurance.
