A Place at the Beach unit 288. Renovated in the last few years, our condo has something for everybody. Our two bedroom, two bath condo has so much to offer a family! The condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom and includes a full tile shower in the master bath suite. The second bathroom has a single over full bunk bed. The second bath includes a bath/shower combination.The main area includes a entirely refreshed kitchen with granite counters, full oven and full refrigerator. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the living room closet. The living room includes 2 couches and a 50" TV.Our rental includes bath and bed linens. Pool and beach towels are not supplied!The condo property includes 2 pools: an outdoor with a 150' slide and an indoor pool (heated in the offseason). The indoor pool area also includes a hot tub. There are also many things to do on the property: Tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf, charcoal and gas grilles, a playground and a roomy courtyard.

The downstairs also features a guest bathroom complete with a shower/tub combination and a dedicated laundry room with a front-load washer and dryer.On the second floor, you will find an additional living room/additional room with a flat-screen tv and board games for the whole family, a third full bathroom, and two enormous bedrooms (one without a closet, but with space to hang your clothes) that feature double bunk beds. Outside on the cavernous lot, you will find a separate shed housing a kayak, bicycle, beach toys, and outdoor games, all supplied for no additional charge. The parking area effortlessly accommodates four cars.Your vacation home is located a fast 4-min. golf cart ride or an painless 0.7-mile walk to the beach. This handsome home is located across the street from Bogue Sound and is a leisurely walk or golf cart ride to a sound-side pier with great sunset vistas. You are a quick and simple 0.3 mile walk to two of the most trendy eateries in the area, as well as a CVS and convenience store, for any last-min. needs. Bogue Inlet Pier is only 4-5 mins. by golf cart, and you are close to multiple grocery stores, eateries, miniature golf, a waterpark, and so much more. It's an oceanfront bungalow on the wide side of the island with tons of space for your friends and family. Dune features its own private beachfront deck with a boardwalk down to the beach. The home came under new ownership in 2021 and has undergone tons of upgrades since then.LIVING SPACESSince Dune was a duplex in the past, there are two living rooms. Each one has intelligent TVs equipped with Roku for streaming your favorite content. There's a PS4 and a Wii with games for rainy days too. Each side of the home also has a dining space for morning coffee, family feasts, and game nights. There is only one kitchen now and you have full access to both sides during your stay. You won't have to share with any other events. Dune has a comfortable mix of midcentury pieces and up-cycled beachy furnishings. 'Ultimately' we tried to give this one-level home a modern take on a late 60s surf shack. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMSThere are five bedrooms, each with their own unique styling:1. West queen suite: one queen, a modest ensuite bathroom with modest shower, and TV2. West double: a twin bed and pullout trundle and no TV3. West king: one king bed, funky plant wallpaper, and TV 4.
