The elevator and outdoor ramp from the driveway make for painless access to the entire home. The Sizable “Cook’s Kitchen” has plenty of counter space and is entirely supplied with everything you’ll need to make meals for 20! Appreciate the big screen media room, pool table and foosball for evening entertainment. Great vistas of BOTH the Ocean out front and Bogue Sound behind!

Ground Level: Media Room has a 90” Roku TV and Surround Sound. Game Room has a Pool Table and Foosball Table with a enormous Roku TV. Bedroom #1 has 2 Double/Twin Bunk Sets. Bedroom #2 has a Queen. There is one Full-Bath on this level as well as a kitchenette.

Level One: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in double shower and complimentary-standing tub, and a Deck with Ocean Vistas.
