This charming Emerald Isle home sits on the ocean side of the island in a private gated community and provides the ideal level of seclusion for a week away!

Ground Level: Game Room with Foosball Table and Patio Access.

First Level: Living, Dining, Full Equipped Kitchen, Deck Access. Bedroom #1 with Queen Bed, TV, Shared Bath Access. Shared Full Bath this level.

Second Level: Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, TV, Shared Bath Access. Bedroom #3 with Double Bed + Futon, TV, Shared Bath Access. Shared Full Bath this level.

Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • To find the best value, consider changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
