Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

The I Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts and clubhouse which has a weight room. Only a short walk to the ocean and oceanfront pool!

I-208 Pebble Beach is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Condo. Bedroom #1 had a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV and covered balcony with chairs. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Full Bath. 2 Color Cable TVs. DVD Player, Stereo. Answering Machine. Central AC/Heat. Stackable Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. No Animals.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday only.

Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

Finding the best rental value:

  • Summer is high season in Emerald Isle. To find the best value, change your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
