Welcome to Magnolia Breeze! To vacation in the true southern fashion, you will appreciate this plantation-style beach home!
This Oceanside interior dog-friendly home is located mins. from the ocean access and community pool. So bring your fur infant because they deserve a vacation too! There is a golf cart included for an easier and more calming way to get your beach items to the sand.
Upon entering Magnolia Breeze on the first floor you will find a tiled hallway leading into the rec room that has a TV, comfortable seating for those wanting to relax and appreciate this hang out spot. Also on this floor, you will find 2 guest rooms; both with Queen beds that share a full bath. The full size laundry area is located just inside one of these guest rooms.
The 2nd floor is the main living area, with vaulted ceilings and an open layout to the well-outfitted kitchen. The dining room is located off the kitchen with plenty of seating for your family. In addition to the living room, there is also a sunroom overlooking the pool with another comfortable conversation area. There are 2 additional guest rooms on this level, both furnished with Queen beds and share a hall bath.
The 3rd floor is dedicated to the Master suite...and what a suite it is! A King bed, a full bath with a soaking tub, a separate vanity for the queen of the home, a walk-in closet with a dressing area, and a vast covered porch. In addition to this stately room is also a sitting area near the laundry room. This is definitely a unique home that you will appreciate the instant you tour the master floor!
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be roughly a 12-15 min. walk from Magnolia Breeze or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.
