Queens Court 1208 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Angled Oceanfront Condo with a private balcony. Living Area has a Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps and access to the outdoor balcony! Dining Area has seating for four. The Totally Equipped Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker.

Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps and a Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. A Full Bath is located in the hall.

Additional Conveniences: 2 Flat Panel Intelligent TVs, Wireless Internet, and Washer/Dryer.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Golf carts are not allowed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. Reserve your vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
