Located in gorgeous Emerald Isle, on the Souther Outer Banks, Sassy Seagull East gives you their terrific oceanfront vistas and simple beach access you¡ll want to come back to, year after year!

Sassy Seagull East provides High-Speed Wireless Internet access for those of you that can't stay "disconnected" on your vacation!

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Living Area. Dining Area with seating for 6. Kitchen/Bar Area with Microwave (no dishwasher). There is one Queen bed and three Double beds.

Conveniences: 2 Roku TVs, Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Covered Deck, Privacy Partition, Weatherproof Doors, Central Heat & Air, and Gas Grille.

Linens & Towels included with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
