Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in the secluded western end of the island called ¡¡The Point¡¡. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing, or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for painless beach access. Sorry, no elevator in B Building!

Point Emerald B-204 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Almost Oceanfront Condo located on the 2nd Floor. (Only 1 building from the ocean). Linens includes 2 queens and 2 twins.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
