Welcome to the Sunshine House where our vacation awaits you!**Saturday to Saturday booking only for June, July, August.** The Sunshine House is a great place to make memories! Appreciate all the amenities while calming and recharging in this beach bungalow. Deck is striking for dinners. Access to ICW. Beach is a 3 min. golf cart ride. Ideal home for everybody!Our home has great space with our open floor plan and 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an outside shower! Also, appreciate our sizable deck with outside dining and a gas fire pit.**We only rent week to week during the summer months 6/1=8/31*** You are welcome to e-mail me dates and if for some reason we have less days available we will work with you.

Unit has elevator access, and also a few steps access. Peppertree - Atlantic Beach Resort (Festiva).Resort requires credit card on file for incidentals. There is no sales pitch/presentation. This is my week that I own. Check in 4pm 6/15, checkout 10am 6/22. You can come earlier and stay later those days to use the beach access and pools.

Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk set. This floor also has a bright and airy living area with access to the deck overlooking the (11¡x32¡) pool and a full bathroom. The living room is open to the modern kitchen, which features an island with seating for 4 and plenty of counter-space to whip up a seafood feast. The dining nook has seating for 4 as well.Level Two: Bedroom #4 is the master bedroom, featuring a king sized bed, flat screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom.4 Color Cable TVs, 4 DVD Players, CD Player, Ceiling Fans, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Gas Log Fireplace.**Note: The garage is not supplied in the rental and is not available for guest use at any time.**This property does not have a Membership for the community amenities. Kiwi Dream is a pretty, nearly oceanfront, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, duplex located in the heart of Emerald Isle. Beach access is right across the street for your convenience! Ground Level: On this floor of the home you will find a den/ game room that features many entertainment options including an air hockey table, and a TV with a DVD player and an Xbox One. This floor also homes Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV and DVD player, and access to a bathroom that is shared with the den. This level also has designated parking at the main entryway and access to the level one covered deck!Level One: Bedroom #2 has two twin bunk sets and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a TV. This room also has direct access to a semi-private full bathroom, which features an external hallway door to share the bathroom with bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 is a master bedroom with a king bed, a TV, its own private bathroom that includes a separate tub, and deck access to take in the impressive vistas of Emerald Isle. This master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and plenty of space to stow your bags.Level Two: This is the main living area of the home with LVP floors and a completely-equipped kitchen, living room, wet bar, and half bathroom. The kitchen is outfitted with all of the appliances you will need for the duration of your stay as well as a Keurig coffee maker, an ice cream maker, and a waffle iron!Additional Conveniences: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! The home features 5 HDTVs, 4 of which have Intelligent TV capabilities. One of the TVs is equipped with an Xbox One, which is sure to impress the kids! YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ are there as well for all of your streaming needs! The game room has air hockey to appeal to your competitive side! You will find outdoor furnished decks as well as an enclosed outdoor shower and outside dressing area to rinse off and change after a long day of soaking up the sun!
