Living room includes pull out couch bed, fireplace, cable tv and Netflix. Bedroom offers a queen size bed complete with linens. Just off the bedroom is a full bathroom with a hottub tub complete with towels, etc.. Entirely equipped full kitchen and dining area for 4. We offer complimentary wifi, an indoor pool/spa, exercise equipment, arcade games and a catch & release pond! We also have laundry facilities on site. We are located away in the country but only 10 min from downtown New Bern, the Neuse River, Trent River and only 1 hour from 3 different beaches. We offer short and long term units. No family pets allowed in the unit! There is a $250 per pet charge to you if you choose to not follow rules & policies. This unit is in a home which is connected to another unit. One 1 of the bedrooms is backed up to the laundry room. Neither side can access the other without both sides unlocking the door.

When not appreciating the ocean (2 min. walk) you can savor the marvelous pool, which is heated from April/May and Sept/Oct. Come visit during Spring and Fall with 2-nighttime minimum units. During summer weeks (June-August) this home is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY weekly rental; 7-day minimum.Come visit our excellent home, located on the "preferred" West end of Emerald Isle. A 2 min. walk from the beach; voted Finest Beach in North Carolina by USA Today's 2018 beach survey! This is a great home for a private family visit or gatherings of a mature group of friends. It is NOT a event home as it is located within a very peaceful community.Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of storage space underneath the home.We will be available via text or messaging through the app. Otherwise you probably won't meet us.VERY QUIET residential beach community (please respect our neighbors who very much appreciate the peaceful :) Exit the driveway, take a right, and walk 2 mins. south and you're on our striking beach! You can also rent a bicycle and head to town which is a very short ride.The home is located in the best location possible on Emerald Isle, down the preferred Coast Guard Road section, the first turn after coming onto the beach from the mainland. This location accepts for simple arrival and departure when everybody else is fighting the 2 mile long log jam to pick up/drop off keys from local real estate firms in town.Come enjoy our outstanding beach and private pool! House comes with WiFi connection and intelligent TV's......50" in Living Room and (2) 32" versions in each of the two Queen bedrooms. Although we provide bath towels, we do not provide beach towels, so would ask that you bring your own to use. We can normally accommodate guests with beach chairs. If you require the use of beach chairs, let us know and we'll leave them out for you.

A Wave From It All is just that! It is a hideaway on the first floor, with the pool and hot tub just a few feet away out of your back patio door. This condo is in the Summer Winds complex in Indian Beach. With much to do at the beach and the ocean, you even have shuffle board, a café, the Sports Complex with an indoor heated pool, tennis and racquetball courts, basketball and a hot tub and sauna. This resort has it all. The condo has three bedrooms with one king, one queen, 2 twins and an air bed available for those last two that want to go. Plenty of room for everybody.
