The den is furnished with a constructed-in twin over double bunk bed and two single beds decorated in bright colors and accented with grass bed skirts has a full bath with double vanity and tub/shower configuration. Take the full service elevator or climb the polished wood stairs to the mid-level. At the top of the stairs is a powder room to the right is a cavernous king primary suite with a balcony. The open concept great room creates an airy and light filled space. The living room is complete with a Intelligent TV. The dining area and kitchen are effortlessly accessible to the cooks in the kitchen. The dining table seats 6-8 and there is also additional bar seating. The ground level has a sizable living room with sitting area and separate entertainment space with a foosball table and other games. This level has a full bathroom with walk in shower. The second level has a enormous living room, dining area and completely outfitted kitchen. There are two decks on this level: one off the kitchen with a grille and the other deck is oceanside. Two bedrooms are located off of the living room. A Queen Bedroom opens up to a huge oceanside deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds. This level shares a full bathroom. On your way back from the beach, you can rinse off the sand in our outside enclosed shower on the ground level and store your beach items in the storage unit. Hop on the convenient bicycle trail to discover the Point or bicycle to close by retsaurants and shopping. Also, its an short walk to eateries and a park close by.
