This sound-side condo is a fast walk to the beach and two-and-a-half miles from Circle Regional Beach Access and is appointed with everything you need for an memorable stay at Atlantic Beach. The sunny living area offers comfortable furnishings, a cable-equipped TV, and access out to a furnished screened porch. Back inside, prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine at the attached breakfast bar or the table for four. Recent upgrades include new luxury vinyl plank hard floors and updated bathroom vanities.

Additional amenities include a desk and chair, washer/dryer, dry bar with a drink refrigerator, and complimentary internet access. Additionally, you and your guests can appreciate on-site amenities including three shared, outdoor swimming pools (one sound-side and two oceanside), tennis courts, grilling areas, basketball, and a sound-side fishing dock. At the end of blissful days, savor a short walk to eateries and ice cream.

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Atlantic Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is a great way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Be a good neighbor. Often, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to stimulate future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation rental.
